HOW LONG SERVED ON THE COUNCIL:
I joined Ashbourne Town Council in May 2015.
BIT ABOUT YOURSELF IE: FAMILY, WORK, HOBBIES ETC:
I was born and brought up in Ashbourne, and have lived here all my life. I am married with four children.
I am now semi-retired after spending all my working life in business in Ashbourne, and I am now working part-time for a local funeral directors.
I am an honorary club member of ARUFC having played for Ashbourne RUFC for twelve years.
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IE: SCHOOL GOVERNOR, OTHER COMMITTEE INVOLVEMENT:
I volunteer once a month for Ossies Kitchen.
WHAT YOU CAN DO TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY:
I am committed to seeing the Ashbourne Bypass taking place, which is the only true option to improve the town's traffic and pollution problem. To see the town enhanced with help from "The Levelling Up" fund granted by The UK Government to improve the town centre and create a more vibrant and prosperous place for those who live and visit Ashbourne.
