Gentle Hatha Yoga
A Gentle Hatha Yoga Class takes place at Ashbourne Town Hall, every Monday evening from 6.00 p.m. to 7.15 p.m. This relaxing slow paced restorative Yoga practice includes deep breathing techniques, physical breath- centred postures to stretch, strengthen and also release tension to help balance the body and mind, followed by a wonderfully relaxing guided meditation.
Every Thursday from 6.30pm – 7.30pm there will also be a Gentle Hatha Flow Yoga class with Pranayama (breathing practices), Yoga Asanas (physical postures) and guided meditation
Soft blankets and bolsters support you in restorative postures and guided relaxation. It’s an opportunity for you to be guided through a journey of self-discovery, in a non-judgemental safe nurturing environment where you can totally relax.
Yoga mats, bolsters & soft blankets provided.
